BREAKING: Agnes Arnold Hall traded at garage sale for lawnmower that "needs work"

Students around campus are left utterly confused as they learn that Agnes Arnold Hall has just been traded at a garage sale for a lawnmower that "needs work". Unsure if classes are still in session, many have wandered aimlessly through the dirt patch where the building once stood. According to building manager Dahng Isbad:
"When we got the offer to trade this dilapidated building for a lawnmower that can be up and running with a new spark plug and engine cable... well... needless to say we took the offer and ran."
Legal troubles immediately emerged as the previous owner of the lawnmower, Danny, felt duped. "This is an outrage! My lawnmower has aged well, is still functional (eventually), and definitely does not have professors regularly entering it on the weekdays." Danny laments over the loss of his once trusty lawnmower. "I thought, how bad of a deal could this be? A whole building??" Shaking his head Danny sits down on a flight of his newly bartered staircase.
